Longevity Birthday Cake

This "Longevity" birthday cake is ordered by a customer for her father.  It shows the parents  surrounded by grand-children.  There is a chinese character Shou (寿) meaning "longevity" which is a representation and blessing of a long life.  The cake is surrounded by red-crowned cranes or xian he (仙鹤) and longevity buns or Shoutao(寿桃) which are symbols of health and longevity.
