Tutorial on making Mickey Mouse Tsum Tsum cupcake topper without cookie cutter.

For those who want to learn sugar art but do not want to invest so much yet on the tools or for cake decorator whom were asked to make topper which the cutter might not be available.

It can be applied to other characters as well.

I have make Donald Ducks, Chips n Dale etc. using the same method.
