Sushi cake

Another sushi theme ordered for birthday. All about Salmon Sushi as the birthday girl loves salmon so much ...
This time round a combo between mini cake and cupcakes.

It has been a month ago from my last post. Have been busy settling down and trying new recipes for cupcakes and other types of cakes.
The request came from a customer to bake birthday cupcakes for her hubby. As he owns a Japanese resto and passion on sushi, so the requested to make sushi cupcakes theme.
The cupcakes is very moist choco cupcakes, it's very spongy. One would not be enough to eat. Even after bakes plenty of time, I don't mind to finish the extra cupcakes from the order :)
